Current Terms Snapshot
This is a plain-language snapshot of current working direction. Formal terms will be documented in final artist agreements.
This page is a current working direction, not a final agreement.
Submitting a concept does not obligate either side to complete a collaboration.
If selected, rights, royalties, and release terms are confirmed in writing before release work moves forward.
Public release timing and supply structure may evolve until formal terms are finalized with feedback from the community.
Artist-made work is required for collaboration submissions.
NFTS means Node Function Token Signature in this project language. TAC means Tokenized Asset Creation, the process of creating the tokenized release.
Wallet funds and fees
When money enters the wallet
Do not add funds just because a page mentions wallets. Add funds only when there is a real wallet action in front of you.
1. Do nothing for now if you are only sharing work.
2. If a future step needs gas, the wallet should show the Base network and the fee before approval.
3. Add or transfer a small amount of ETH on Base. For early setup, $1-2 is usually plenty.
4. Before confirming anything, check the wallet screen for the network, amount, and fee.
Quick translation: USDC on Base means dollar-like payment money on the Base network. ETH on Base means the tiny fee money on the Base network. They are different tools inside the same wallet.
Golden Fool Token direction
Access first, no resale promise
The Golden Fool Token is an access token first and a collaboration threshold for accepted artists.
Accepted artists may receive Golden Fool Token access as part of the artist flow into the portal.
Golden Fool Token transfers are intended to be allowed without a custom project transfer fee. Holders still pay normal network gas and any marketplace costs they choose.
Golden Fool Token royalties, where supported by marketplaces or approved sale flows, are intended to route to the founder/project treasury.
Direct wallet transfers and some marketplaces may not enforce royalties. Purchase or receipt of the token does not guarantee resale ability, profit, or marketplace liquidity.
Artist identity, accepted artist status, payment rights, and collaboration roles do not transfer automatically with the token.
Role control
Early formation safeguards
Founder/admin roles may control key contract permissions during formation and production operations.
Production role control is intended to use a 2-of-3 Safe multisig before meaningful public value enters the system.
Inactivity alone should not freeze, move, burn, burn-lock, or confiscate a Golden Fool Token. Suspicious behavior, security incidents, spam, abuse, or broken community guidelines may affect access or other project utility under written rules.
