Act 1 release path

How an artist card becomes part of the deck

The tarot stays at the center. Web3 gives each finished card a durable record: who created it, what artwork it points to, and when the approved token metadata was locked.

Locking a token record does not take the art away from the artist. It protects the final release from quiet changes while written terms define rights, release permission, and sale splits. The blockchain record can remain visible long after the first release, while the approved art and metadata are kept available through IPFS/Pinata pinning.

1

Choose

Golden Fool access can open the artist path to choose one Act 1 card.

2

Work slot

The artist mints or receives a working token for that card before public release.

3

Create

Artwork and metadata are prepared together: image, title, meaning, and artist credit.

4

Review

The project reviews the art, frame fit, metadata, rights, and release settings.

5

IPFS

Approved metadata is uploaded to IPFS or Pinata so the token points to a durable public record.

6

Lock

That token ID is finalized, leaving a blockchain record of the approved card path.

If people buy an approved release, the sale path should be configured before launch so primary proceeds can split between the artist and the project. Later royalty behavior depends on the contract, marketplace, and sale flow used.

Web3 in plain English

The internet is learning how to recognize participation.

Web3 is a newer layer of the internet where a wallet can prove access, identity, and participation. Early blockchain felt expensive and confusing. Newer wallet apps and low-cost networks are making it feel closer to a normal login.

For Anthologies, that matters because artists need a clean way to enter private steps, receive the right access, and connect future releases to rules that can be checked instead of guessed.

Don't have a wallet? Don't worry. Modern Web3 tools make setup simple, and Anthologies will help you create or connect a Base-ready wallet before you submit.

How it works here

Wallet to contract to room

WEB3

Step 1

Wallet

A wallet is your Web3 login. It can hold access without needing another platform account.

Step 2

Contract

A smart contract is the rule layer. It can verify access, release state, and payment logic.

Step 3

Artist room

The site reads the wallet and opens the right path for artists, holders, and future releases.

Access

A wallet holding the Golden Fool Token works like a Web3 login key. It can unlock artist paths, holder benefits, and project areas not open to the public room.

Records

Smart contracts allow us to make parts of the release system visible on-chain: what exists, when it was created, and which rules the project chose to use.

Participation

The same infrastructure can support artist-only rooms, collector participation, and release coordination while the public site stays simple.

Low-friction entry

Artists can create an on-site wallet with email, copy the public address, and use it as the project key for submission. If a future Base action needs gas, simple fees are usually pennies.

The room

Web3's Solution

This is a first time for everyone here in some way. The goal is a real artist community shaped in the open. The technology matters because it supports the room, not because it replaces the art.

The Golden Fool Token is the on-chain site identifier for access and participation. This channel is being built with ERC contract tools, but the culture stays human: artists, collectors, and collaborators comparing ideas before the next turn. The Golden Galleria is the first holder room for that access layer. Sovereign Engine sits under the same studio umbrella, and this doorway starts with cards.

What comes next

Follow the artists and watch the Acts turn

Each release is a signal flare for the artist behind the card. Collectors should have a reason to join artist communities, watch their platforms, and feel the card arrive as a real event. The goal is not a quiet shelf of collectibles; it is to create release moments that send attention back toward artists and their communities. Advances in blockchain and Web3 help create fair, open conditions that can be checked and verified on-chain by anyone, anywhere. Anthologies is the doorway; Alliant Studios is the house behind it.
